Garage door maintenance plans
A yearly tune-up keeps your door quiet, balanced and safe, and catches a worn spring before it snaps.
Pick the plan that fits
A standard torsion spring is rated around 10,000 cycles. Open and close twice a day and that's roughly 13 to 14 years. Use it four or five times a day and it's closer to six. A tune-up tells you where yours stands.

The 25-point check
We test the parts that wear out first and the safety systems that protect your family.
Balance
We disconnect the opener and check that the door holds halfway. A door that drops is wearing out the opener.
Safety reverse
Photo-eye and contact reverse tests to the UL 325 standard.
Lubrication
Springs, hinges, rollers and bearings, with a garage-door-rated lubricant.
Hardware
Hinges, brackets, cables and drums tightened and checked for fraying.
